Call With A Burden Part 2

In my previous post, Part 1, I mentioned this: “The burden of the call I consider is enveloped with this thought, where are those that once attended church?”

This primary thought still is a driving premise for planting a church. So, today, I stepped out with a purpose in search of a church building. I met with a realtor, looked at a building, shared the call with others, and received helpful information from other acquaintances.

Do I have a building? No!

Do I have a church address? No!

Do I have prospective members? Quite possibly!

Do I know what doors God will open or close? No!

Do I have a team of supporters willing to help? No!

Am I alone? No!  Isaiah 41:10 – “Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Deuteronomy 31:6 – “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Is my faith being tried? Yes! Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Now, as I took the first step today, my spirit was quickened and full of joy. No, no, this isn’t feelings based! However, having joy unspeakable and full of glory is, indeed, motivating.

Please be in prayer that God will use me during the process of starting a church. I need His wisdom so the correct analysis, design, development, and implementation will be nothing less than God-honoring. God has a flock waiting and my burden is that He’ll allow me to find them.

May God use Galatians 6:1 Ministry to raise up a local church! In the meantime, if you are saved and have been scripturally baptized, contact us.

A very important step is to assemble Godly saints willing to see a local church established that will preach from the KJV, sing the great hymns, love each other, fellowship with each other, pray with each other, cry with each other, enjoy feasts around the table 🙂 and help each other grow the church; spiritually, financially, and physically.
