Confident Results – 1 John 3:20-22

20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.

22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.”

Confident Results – Under the umbrella of “God knows all,” consider these points:

Self-condemnation and self-blame as a Christian is counterproductive to the expected confidence in God
Self-exoneration and self-forgiveness as a Christian is advantageous to expected confidence in God
Result of verse 21: A Christian’s confidence in God moves His Hand, and empowers us to do and to please!
