Qualification of a Pastor

1 Timothy 1:12 “And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;” This verse removes the opinion of man and the unbiblical ordination council.

Qualification of a Pastor – The ONE qualification of a Pastor that outshines the attributes and characteristics found in Timothy and Titus is the fact of leaving the secure 99 to find the 1 that is lost. Luke 15:10 – “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”

If a Pastor has this 1 qualification, the other attributes mentioned in Timothy and Titus will fall into place. https://www.compellingtruth.org/leave-the-99.html (eat the chicken and spit out the bones)

Remember, Pastor, you are an under-shepherd (under-study) not the Head of a local assembly. Christ is the Head of the Church with all authority, power, and judgment, as the Supreme Owner of the Church.

The problems with Church membership and the placing of new Pastors in the field are the man himself, ordination councils, constitutions, by-laws, articles of incorporation, Robert’s rules of order, and the voting in of a new member by the church members in the local assembly.

We used to sing “Give me that old-time religion”  – We just need a dose of God’s Word while “running” a local assembly and the giving of pastors, teachers, and evangelists!

Pastor, if you can’t practice

Galatians 6:1 KJV

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Your calling may be lacking
