The CDC – Looks like “CDC” is becoming another problem that we must deal with, if not wise and circumspect.

The last thing we need is another issue that will potentially divide Christians. What is the looming issue?

CDC – Corona Dividing Christians

It is apparent, as I have studied my Baptist upbringing, that we are great at dividing ourselves, and horrible at uniting ourselves. Same or Different

We are warned in 1 Peter 5:8 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

My Pastor tells us that there is a whom to be devoured. Is that “whom” going to be us because of the “Corona Dividing Christians” syndrome?

It’s easy for personal feelings and opinions to get in the way of Godly wisdom and our ability to treat each other with respect.

Remember Christian: We don’t need to agree on how the government is approaching the corona scare, or how the citizen is overreacting, with much selfishness, to the corona scare – – for these are not the fundamentals of the faith for which we must agree.

However, the healthy dialogue that can grow from varying perspectives has the potential to strengthen our base when a real disaster encompasses our lives. We, as Christians, should embrace the differing views, as this is how our country will remain strong, engaged, educated, and ready to problem solve.

Stay informed, by your effort, and don’t assume the government, a law enforcement officer, a lawyer, or the next Christian has the answer.

Be careful of the government usurping authority over the church and home for which each has its own head.

The overreaction of the government and the underrepresentation of the citizens are having unjustifiable familial and social effects.
