Christian Sinners…… Is that a thing? Well, I will not dive into that, you are here to consider the verse and thought to follow. I love to see the Word of God stand on its own and defend itself.

Matthew 9:10 “And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.”

Notice the word “came.” An action that was happening with their own free will. I wonder if sinners and publicans would feel comfortable sitting with the average Christian in our Baptist church today.
